• Cancellation of transaction
   

If you want to cancel your transaction due to any point, you have to raised a cancellation request with us within next 24 hours post completing payment.

If you are fail to raised a cancellation request within 24 hours and still you want to cancel it, than you have to pay ₹590 as charges to cancel your transaction.

 

• Return of purchased product

Seller can return your purchased at the time of delivery or after completing order without any prior notice by giving any reason.

If your purchased product is returned or order is cancelled by the seller than refund will be processed immediately and transfer amount will be refunded to the source according to refund cycle of your card.

 

• Failure of payment

If payment is cancelled due to any technical issue, internal issue and amount is deducted from your card, than deducted amount will be refunded by your card company within the said refund cycle of the card and you have to co-ordinate with your card company for the same.
